The people behind the bridge

Malghalara meeting with Jamshed Kazi, Country Representative, and Fahmida Khan, Deputy Country Representative, UN Women Pakistan.
"Change cannot wait to be given · it must be created."
I am the founder of Equality Bridge, a student from Pakistan with a deep passion for social change, equality, and human empowerment.
Growing up in a rural environment where opportunities are limited · especially for young people · I have personally witnessed how potential is restricted not by ability, but by lack of access.
This is the reason I founded Equality Bridge: a platform for young people to access opportunities, develop leadership skills, and connect with a global community of changemakers. It is built on the belief that youth should not wait for doors to open · they should be empowered to build new ones.
Through my journey as a youth advocate, I have worked on initiatives related to gender equality, digital literacy, climate awareness, agriculture development, and youth empowerment.
Equality Bridge is not just an organization · it is a bridge between potential and opportunity.
